This virtual panel will bring together three theater translators — Anna Halas, John Freedman, and Sam Buggeln — to talk about their experiences of translating, publishing, producing and promoting Ukrainian drama. Join them to gain insight into the challenges and rewards of working with plays from an underrepresented culture, and learn about the Ukrainian Drama Translations digital library (Anna), "A Dictionary of Emotions in a Time of War" (John), and "Voices of Ukraine" theater evenings (Sam).
